Youth Services Center
Mrs. Mariah Nicholas
Youth Services Center Coordinator
Taylor County High School
Taylor County Schools welcomes Mariah Nicholas as the Youth Services Center Coordinator at Taylor County High School!
This will be Mrs. Nicholas' 6th year working in a school system! She received her Master's in Social Work from CU in 2017. Since then, she has worked two years in Washington County Schools providing Mental Health Counseling and Behavior Support. For the past three years, she has worked as a Social Emotional Wellness Educator at Marion County Schools.
Mrs. Nicholas says, "I am very excited to be back at TC where I graduated from and to be in a position where I can help meet the needs of and provide support to students and families in my hometown!"
Our Youth Services Center would like to share some quick facts and risks of vaping and e-cigarette usage among our youth, along with some helpful resources!
The Family Resource Youth Service Center Angel Tree donations have exceeded our goal! 🎄🎄🎄
The FRYSC would like to thank our staff, friends, and community for supporting the children and youth within our district! We have collected over $6,500 in cash and in-kind donations. ❤️
TCHS Youth Services Center had a gift basket giveaway at orientation in August!
Students could complete the “YSC Student Survey” for a chance to win the basket of gift certificates, snacks, and bowling and movie passes.
The winner of the drawing was Logan Richardson! Congratulations!
